North Crossett is a census-designated place (CDP) in Ashley County, Arkansas, United States.

As of the census[8] of 2000, there were 3,581 people, 1,422 households, and 1,045 families residing in the CDP.

There were 1,554 housing units at an average density of 151.2 per square mile (58.4/km2).

The racial makeup of the CDP was 87.69% White, 10.42% Black or African American, 0.25% Native American, 0.20% Asian, 0.14% Pacific Islander, 0.73% from other races, and 0.59% from two or more races.

23.5% of all households were made up of individuals, and 8.9% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
