The racial makeup of the CDP was 97.4% White, 0.3% African American, 0.1% Native American, 1.0% Asian, 0.1% Native Hawaiian or Pacific Islander, 0.2% some other race, and 1.0% from two or more races.

21.7% of all households were made up of individuals, and 10.3% were someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

Male full-time workers had a median income of $72,321 compared with $46,563 for females.
