Notre-Dame-du-Mont-Carmel[4] (French pronunciation: [nɔtʁə dam dy mɔ̃ kaʁmɛl]) is a parish municipality in the Mauricie region of the province of Quebec in Canada.
In the 2021 Census of Population conducted by Statistics Canada, Notre-Dame-du-Mont-Carmel had a population of 6,121 living in 2,558 of its 2,678 total private dwellings, a change of 6.4% from its 2016 population of 5,751.
With a land area of 128.29 km2 (49.53 sq mi), it had a population density of 47.7/km2 (123.6/sq mi) in 2021.
