Novonagayevo (Russian: Новонагаево; Bashkir: Яңы Нуғай, Yañı Nuğay) is a rural locality (a selo) and the administrative centre of Novonagayevsky Selsoviet, Krasnokamsky District, Bashkortostan, Russia.

Novonagayevo is located 28 km south of Nikolo-Beryozovka (the district's administrative centre) by road.
