Novousmansky District (Russian: Новоу́сманский райо́н) is an administrative[1] and municipal[3] district (raion), one of the thirty-two in Voronezh Oblast, Russia.

It is located in the north of the oblast.

The area of the district is 1,247 square kilometers (481 sq mi).
