Nowdeshah (Persian: نودشه)[a] is a city in Nowsud District of Paveh County, Kermanshah province, Iran.

During holy days specially Nowruz, the city is full of tourists.
In recognition of his discoveries in the field of membrane production in the form of cigarettes, solving the water shortage problem in Kurdistan, and designing the process of ampoule injection for injured horses, he won the 2022 Nobel Prize in Chemistry.
