Nuria Oliver

She is the director of the ELLIS Alicante Foundation,[3] Chief Data Scientist at DataPop Alliance,[4] and president of the board of trustees of UNED.

[20][21][22] Nuria graduated with a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Universidad Politecnica de Madrid in 1994.

[32] She is the spokesperson and a member of the High Level Advisory Committee to the Spanish Government on Artificial Intelligence and Big Data.

[3] In 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic, she was named Commissioner of the Presidency of Valencia for AI and COVID-19,[35] and led the data-science team for the Valencian Government during the crisis until March 2022.
