[2] She works as a Clerical Assistant at the Ministry of Health in Trinidad and Tobago married Codi Claxton in March 2018.

[3] Cain took part in the 2015 IPC Athletics World Championships in Doha, Qatar, where she finished fifth in the women's 200 metres in the T44 class with a time of 28.24 seconds.

[5] She was selected for the Trinidad and Tobago team at the 2016 Summer Paralympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, for both the 100 and 200 metres.

In the final later that day, she finished in third position to take the bronze medal with a time of 13.10 seconds behind van Rhijn who took the gold, and Bensusan with the silver.

[8] At the 2017 World Para Athletics Championships in London, England, Cain repeated her bronze medal from the 2016 Paralympics.
