Oak Orchard is an unincorporated community east of the town of Millsboro in Sussex County, Delaware, United States.

Oak Orchard is bordered to the south by the Indian River Bay, to the east by Emily Gut[2] (a narrow channel of water) and "the Peninsula",[3] and to the north by Delaware Route 24.

Oak Orchard is part of the Salisbury, Maryland-Delaware Metropolitan Statistical Area.

Oak Orchard was the scene of a house fire on January 3, 2001, that killed 11 family members.
