Ocean Breeze, Florida

Ocean Breeze Trailer Park was established in 1938 north of Stuart, Florida, by Harry Hoke.

[1][2] By referendum held December 18, 2013, it changed its name to the "Town of Ocean Breeze".

[5] Ocean Breeze is in northeastern Martin County, 5 miles (8 km) by road northeast of Stuart, the county seat, and 15 miles (24 km) south-southeast of Fort Pierce.

[6] The town of Ocean Breeze is bounded on the east by the Indian River and on the south, west and north by the unincorporated community of Jensen Beach.

As of the 2020 United States census, there were 301 people, 147 households, and 86 families residing in the town.

[15] As of the 2010 United States census, there were 355 people, 305 households, and 66 families residing in the town.
