Offences against public justice

Part 4 of the Criminal Code makes provision for offences against the administration of law and justice.

Offences under the Code of 1860 included: Offences include: In Part 3 of the Criminal Procedure Act 2010, the expression "offence against the administration of justice" is defined by section 7 of that Act, as amended by section 27 of the Criminal Justice (Corruption Offences) Act 2018.

Part 6 of the Crimes Act 1961 makes provision for crimes affecting the administration of law and justice.
