Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications and the Arts

The Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications and the Arts (DITRDCA)[3][4] is a department of the Australian Federal Government responsible for delivering Australian Government policy and programs for infrastructure, transport, regional development, communications, cultural affairs, and the arts.

[5] The department was formed on 1 July 2022 from the Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Communications, under an Administrative Arrangements Order made on 1 July 2022.

[6] After the 2022 Australian election, under the Albanese government,[4] the department name became Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications and the Arts.
