Office of Literature and Art of Resistance

The Office of Literature and Art of Resistance began its activities in December 1988 in Iran in the Artistic Sect of the Islamic Republic, a branch of Islamic Development Organization, motivated by collecting, compiling, and writing literary, artistic, research works, and memories left behind by the Iranian people's eight-year defense period in the "Iran-Iraq War".

[1][4][5][6][7] "The Office of Literature and Art of Resistance" began its activities in the field of cultural activities and book publishing in December 1988 in the "Artistic Sect of the Islamic Republic" complex and, motivated by collecting, compiling, and writing literary, artistic, research works, and memories left behind by the Iranian people's eight-year defense period of the "Iran-Iraq War".

[8][9] Now, the result of "20 years" of continuous activity of the office, is a collection of "565 book titles", "5 quarterly issues", programs and expert opinions, lectures and interviews, and most importantly, the cultivation of a generation of writers and researchers who have grown up in the office or have learned from the office's methods, character, style and expertise, in continuous contact with it, and have contributed to the establishment and activities of similar centers and with the same scope.

[1][4] Many of the office's works have been met with public acclaim and republished over the years, and have received various awards and certificates of appreciation from various circles, festivals, and ceremonies.
