Ognyana Petrova

Ognyana Georgieva Petrova – Ognyana Dusheva (née Petkova, Bulgarian: Огняна Георгиева Петрова, born December 20, 1964, in Svilengrad) is a Bulgarian sprint canoer who competed from 1976 to 1988.

Petrova won a bronze medal in the K-4 500 m event at the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul.'

She won the K-2 500 m bronze medal at the 1987 World Championships in Duisburg, West Germany.

Petrova was nominated as one of Bulgaria's ten-best women sprint canoers in the 20th century.
