Olaf Hoffsbakken (2 September 1908 – 23 November 1986) was a Norwegian Nordic skier who competed in the 1930s.

He won two silver medals at the 1936 Winter Olympics in Garmisch-Partenkirchen in both the Nordic combined and the 4 × 10 km relay.

In addition, he won a complete set of medals at the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships.

In 1937, he shared the Holmenkollen medal with fellow Norwegians Birger Ruud and Martin P. Vangsli.
