It is a one-story, gable-roofed, rectangular brick structure originally constructed in 1717–21.
It embodies the distinctive characteristics of Georgian Anglican architecture in its brick construction, semicircular-arched window openings, shouldered buttresses, rectangular plan, and simple massing.
