[2][3][4][5] Originally owned and established by the Fishers of Ringoes, the winery was purchased by David Wolin in 2008 and opened to the public in 2010.

[9][10] The winery has a separate brand of New Jersey-themed vintages (named "What Exit Wines") that are used to raise money for special events, including Hurricane Sandy relief in 2012.

[7] Located in the foothills of the Sourland Mountains of Central New Jersey, the winery offers a variety of event spaces for groups small and large.

A portion of the proceeds will support the Felix Organization a non-profit started by Darryl in 2006 to help create inspiring experiences and opportunities for children growing up in the foster care system.

[16][17] The winery is a member of the Garden State Wine Growers Association and its subsidiary, Vintage North Jersey.

Old York Cellars offers a variety of event spaces including an indoor tasting room, ten cabanas, patio seating, gazebo lawn space and their Terrace Tent that holds 100 guests.
