Oliver is a census-designated place (CDP) in Fayette County, Pennsylvania, United States.
US-119 and the Mon–Fayette lead southwest 29 miles (47 km) to Morgantown, West Virginia.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 2.2 square miles (5.7 km2), all land.
