Oliver Kaczmarek (born 8 August 1970) is a German politician of the Social Democratic Party (SPD) who has been serving as a member of the Bundestag from the state of North Rhine-Westphalia since 2009.

[4][5] In the negotiations to form a fourth coalition government under Chancellor Angela Merkel following the 2017 federal elections, Kaczmarek was part of the working group on education policy, led by Annegret Kramp-Karrenbauer, Stefan Müller and Hubertus Heil.

Kaczmarek co-chaired the SPD’s national conventions in Wiesbaden (2018) – during which the party elected Andrea Nahles as its first-ever female leader –[6] and Berlin (2019).
