Her older sister, Isabella Flores, also skates competitively in the ice dance discipline.

She is coached by Drew Meekins and Natalia Mishkutenok and trains in Colorado Springs.

During their first season together, they won the Cup of Colorado, placed fourth at the USA Midwestern sectionals, and went to the U.S.
