Olkhonsky District (Russian: Ольхонский райо́н) is an administrative district, one of the thirty-three in Irkutsk Oblast, Russia.

[1] Municipally, it is incorporated as Olkhonsky Municipal District.

[6] The area of the district is 15,900 square kilometers (6,100 sq mi).

[3] Its administrative center is the rural locality (a selo) of Yelantsy.

[9] The population of Yelantsy accounts for 42.4% of the district's total population.
