Ondřej Štěpánek (Czech pronunciation: [ˈondr̝ɛj ˈʃcɛpaːnɛk]) (born 28 November 1979 in Brandýs nad Labem)[1] is a Czech slalom canoeist who competed at the international level from 1994 to 2013.

Competing in four Summer Olympics, he won two medals in the C2 event with a silver in 2008 and a bronze in 2004.

He also won a total of 13 medals at the European Championships (6 golds, 5 silvers and 2 bronzes).
