Ondřej Dostál (born 25 January 1979) is a Czech lawyer and politician who was elected as a member of the European Parliament in 2024.

[3] He graduated from the Faculty of Law, Charles University, before studying in Austria and the United States.

[1] He was part of the Pirates and Mayors government team until resigning in December 2021, stating that their values had shifted away from his own.
