One Love (The Stone Roses song)

"One Love" is a non-album single by English rock band the Stone Roses.

The single was released in July 1990, peaking at number four in the Roses' home country of the UK, becoming their highest-charting single at the time.

It is believed that John Squire played a Custom Fender Jaguar guitar with a variety of flanging and wahwah effect pedals to create the song's distinctive sound.

[citation needed] Ian Brown on "One Love": "The chorus wasn't strong enough.
