At night, forty-three 1,500-watt spotlights illuminate the Centre with a total of 54,500 watts that create a glowing effect that is said to be greater than any other highrise in the United States.

The most significant external change to One Oxford Centre since its construction was the addition of the PricewaterhouseCoopers logo on all sides of the building in April 2023.
