Paul Joseph Baloche[1] (/bəˈlɒʃ/ bə-LOSH; born on June 4, 1962) is an American Christian music artist, worship leader, and singer-songwriter.
A native of Maple Shade Township, New Jersey,[2][3] Baloche was the worship pastor at Community Christian Fellowship in Lindale, Texas, for 26 years.
[6] In 1989, he became a worship pastor at the Community Christian Fellowship Church in Lindale, Smith County, Texas, until 2015 when he moved to New York City.
In addition to songwriting, Baloche participates in several seminars for worship leaders and musicians throughout North America and Asia.
[10] Numerous artists have performed Baloche's songs, including Michael W. Smith,[19] Casting Crowns,[20] Rebecca St. James,[21] Phillips, Craig and Dean,[22][23][24] Anthony Evans,[25] and Sonicflood.
[26][27] Baloche has co-written songs with Aaron Shust,[28] Kari Jobe,[29][30] Meredith Andrews,[31] and Lincoln Brewster[32][33] for use on their respective albums.
