Orlické Záhoří is a municipality and village in the Rychnov nad Kněžnou District in the Hradec Králové Region of the Czech Republic.
Orlické Záhoří is located about 45 kilometres (28 mi) east of Hradec Králové.
The highest point is a contour line on the slope of the Jelenka mountain at 1,064 m (3,491 ft) above sea level.
It lies along the border with Poland, which matches the flow of the Divoká Orlice river in this area.
Orlické Záhoří was established in 1951 by merger of settlements Bedřichovka, Černá Voda, Jadrná, Kunštát, Trčkov and Zelenka.
