Osama "Ussem" Zoghlami (Arabic: أسامة الزغلامي; born 19 June 1994) is a Tunisian-born Italian male middle-distance runner and steeplechaser.

He competed at the 2020 Summer Olympics, in 3000 m steeplechase.
