[2] In 2015, De Los Santos completed a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Southern California, where he graduated magna cum laude and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.
As a Rhodes Scholar, he completed a master's in public policy from St Antony's College, Oxford in 2018.
[2] He is a Juris Doctor student at Yale Law School and received a Paul & Daisy Soros Fellowship for New Americans in 2022.
[4] From 2015 to 2016, he taught English and social studies to sixth graders at Champion South Mountain School in Phoenix, Arizona.
[4] De Los Santos was a lobbyist and head of public policy for the Association of Arizona Food Banks.
