Juan Oscar Munoz (born September 25, 1969) is an American former Major League Baseball pitcher.

While with the Kinston Indians of the Carolina League, Munoz threw a no-hitter against the Prince William Cannons on May 26, 1991.

On March 28, 1992, Munoz and Curt Leskanic were traded to the Minnesota Twins organization for Paul Sorrento.

During the off-season, Munoz was selected off waivers by the Baltimore Orioles.
