Oslo concerns the true story of the efforts of Mona Juul and her husband, Terje Rød-Larsen, diplomats from Norway who organized breakthrough negotiations between Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin and Palestine Liberation Organization Chairman Yasser Arafat in 1993.
