Oxiana Limited was an Australian copper and gold miner and exploration company.

Oxiana was founded in 1932 as Golden Plateau and listed on the Australian Stock Exchange.

It was focused on the operation and development of the Sepon copper and gold project in South East Laos, the Golden Grove Mine in Western Australia and development of the Prominent Hill copper/gold deposit in South Australia.

[3] Oxiana sold the Wiluna Gold Mine in July 2007 to Apex Minerals.

[5] The merger took effect on 20 June 2008 with a rebrand to OZ Minerals on 18 July 2008.
