Příkosice is a municipality and village in Rokycany District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.

It has about 400 inhabitants.

Příkosice lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) south-east of Rokycany, 23 km (14 mi) south-east of Plzeň, and 73 km (45 mi) south-west of Prague.
