The PFL 5 mixed martial arts event for the 2024 season of the Professional Fighters League was held on June 21, 2024, at the Jon M. Huntsman Center in Salt Lake City, Utah, United States.

This marked the fifth regular-season event of the tournament and included fights in the Lightweight and Light Heavyweight divisions.

However, Urbonavicius pulled out for unknown reason and was replaced by former KSW Light Heavyweight Champion Ibragim Chuzhigaev.
