PTU Pathum Thani Football Club (Thai สโมสรฟุตบอลพีทียู ปทุมธานี), is a Thai professional football club under the stewardship of Pathumthani University based in Ayutthaya.

The club is currently playing in the Thai League 3 Western region.

In 2022, Pathumthani University competed in the Thai League 3 for the 2022–23 season.

In addition, in the 2022–23 Thai League Cup Pathumthani University was defeated 2–3 by Lopburi City in the second qualification round, causing them to be eliminated.
