Pačejov is a municipality and village in Klatovy District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.

Pačejov lies approximately 27 kilometres (17 mi) east of Klatovy, 46 km (29 mi) south-east of Plzeň, and 97 km (60 mi) south-west of Prague.

Pačejov consists of five municipal parts (in brackets population according to the 2021 census):[2] The first written mention of Pačejov is in a deed of King Ottokar I from 1227.
