Pablo González Casanova y del Valle (11 February 1922 – 18 April 2023) was a Mexican lawyer, sociologist, and historian.
He took a degree in law at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) and earned a master's degree in historical science at El Colegio de México.
[1] He served as rector of the UNAM from 1970 to 1972 and was a member of the Mexican Academy of Language.
