Padniewko [padˈɲɛfkɔ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Mogilno, within Mogilno County, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-central Poland.

The village was first mentioned in the 12th century.
It is now becoming a suburb of Mogilno.
