Pain Taleqan Rural District (Persian: دهستان پائين طالقان) is in the Central District of Taleqan County, Alborz province, Iran.

[3] At the time of the 2006 National Census, the rural district's population (as a part of the former Taleqan District of Savojbolagh County, Tehran province) was 6,018 in 1,875 households.

The most populous of its 30 villages was Sang Bon, with 442 people.
