Pallipalayam is a municipality in Namakkal district in Komarapalayam taluk in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu.

Pallipalayam Town is located along (Erode-Tiruchengode), (Erode-Kumarapalayam) and (Erode-Sankagiri) State Highways.

This town is surrounded in the north by Pallipalayam Agrharam and in the south by Pudupalayam Village Panchayat, Alampalayam Village Panchayat forms the physical boundaries of Pallipalayam in eastern directions and Erode Municipal Corporation forms the boundary along western side.

During this season the Kaveri floods and creates problems for residents living near the river bank.
