Palmetto Estates is an unincorporated area and census-designated place (CDP) in Miami-Dade County, Florida, United States.

[2] Palmetto Estates is located 15 miles (24 km) southwest of downtown Miami at 25°37′11″N 80°21′42″W / 25.61972°N 80.36167°W / 25.61972; -80.36167 (25.619782, -80.361752).

It is otherwise bordered by unincorporated communities: Kendal and Richmond Heights to the north, and West Perrine to the south.
