As of the census[1] of 2000, there were 215 people, 84 households, and 59 families residing in the township.

27.4% of all households were made up of individuals, and 17.9% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

About 6.2% of families and 5.9% of the population were below the poverty line, including none of those under the age of eighteen and 7.4% of those 65 or over.
