"National Senior Baseball Championship"), which includes teams from all of the country's 12 provinces.

[1] The Campeonato Mayor coexists with the Panamanian Professional Baseball League (PROBEIS) as one of two major baseball leagues in the country, and rivals PROBEIS in terms of attendance and popularity.

The provincial teams of Darién, Panamá Oeste y Chiriquí Occidente are the only ones that have never won a championship as of 2024.
