Parchin-e Sofla (Persian: پرچين سفلي)[a] is a village in Azadlu Rural District of Muran District, Germi County, Ardabil province, Iran.

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 605 in 114 households.

It was the most populous village in its rural district.
