[1] The park is located inland from the original site of Paris Landing which served steamboat traffic on the Tennessee River.

A full-service marina is also located in the park features boat slips, gas and a bait shop.

[1] The marina, along with the spacious lodge and conference center, have played host to dozens of professional crappie and bass tournaments.

The Paris Landing State Park Golf Course is a Par 72, 18-hole course[1] situated on the western shore of Kentucky Lake.

Several holes skirt the Kentucky Lake, producing a natural balance of rolling land, trees, and water.
