Park Hae-young is a South Korean screenwriter, best known for writing television series Another Miss Oh (2016), My Mister (2018), and My Liberation Notes (2022).
Over time, she delved into the realm of sitcoms and contributed to various youth-oriented shows such as March, Golbaengi!, Run, My Mom!, Old Miss Diary, and I Live in Cheongdam-dong.
Seeking guidance, she approached the head writer and shared her sentiments, admitting that she didn't find humor in her own work even when it elicited laughter from others.
If someone had dictated the exact formula for creating a comedy and told me, 'You must write this way, and it will be fun,' I don't think I would have sustained my passion for long.
