Parkersburg is a village in Richland County, Illinois, United States.

According to the 2010 census, Parkersburg has a total area of 0.75 square miles (1.94 km2), all land.

31.6% of all households were made up of individuals, and 13.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

About 8.3% of families and 18.6% of the population were below the poverty line, including 29.7% of those under the age of eighteen and 12.8% of those 65 or over.
