Opposition (44) The Parliament of the French Community (French: Parlement de la Communauté française [paʁləmɑ̃ də la kɔmynote fʁɑ̃sɛz] or PCF) is the legislative assembly of the French Community of Belgium, based in the Royal Quarter of Brussels.
