Patmos is a town in Hempstead County, Arkansas, United States.

Arkansas Highway 355 passes through the town, leading southeast 26 miles (42 km) to Waldo and west then north 10 miles (16 km) to Spring Hill.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.1 square miles (0.3 km2), all land.

14.3% of all households were made up of individuals, and 9.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

There were no families and 3.4% of the population living below the poverty line, including no under eighteens and none of those over 64.
