Patoka Township is one of nine townships in Crawford County, Indiana, United States.
As of the 2020 census, its population was 1,620 and it contained 1,585 housing units.
[3] According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 45.65 square miles (118.2 km2), of which 43.65 square miles (113.1 km2) (or 95.62%) is land and 2 square miles (5.2 km2) (or 4.38%) is water.

The township contains four cemeteries: Brown, Eckerty, Mount Eden and Williams.
